The Ozone pod is a steam cabinet, it looks a lot like a spaceship, that will transport your cells and your health to a new galaxy of wellness. You sit inside the pod, your body (from the neck down) receives transdermal Ozone therapy.
PHASE ONE Once you are comfortably inside the pod, your body is gently steamed to open the pores to receive Ozone. The temperature is between 105-120 degrees, this phase is 10 minutes. The temperature is completely based on your personal preference, that’s one of the beauties of OZone it doesn’t have to be high intensity heat or dosage to create the desired healing. It is just happy and gentle and it works flawlessly.
PHASE TWO After 10 minutes your body is relaxed, sweating out toxins and ready for Ozone. The oxygen runs for 5 minutes and then we Ozone for 10 minutes. During this phase the Ozone enters your pores, and brings lovely oxygen and increased circulation to your entire system. Ozone binds to heavy metals in your tissues and then you sweat the metals out. It is very common to see black and grey spots on your towel at the completion of your session. After the 10 minute Ozone transdermal therapy is complete, you steam for an additional 5 minutes, the remaining Ozone in the pod is diffused and your pod experience is over, you can exit the ride to your left.
PHASE THREE You’ll dry off and dress and go to the newest treatment suite, the OmZone to hydrate and ground. You will craft your very own hydration elixir, with crystal infused waters, sea plasma minerals and flower essences for energy, clarity, balance, happiness and zen. Make your elixir and then relax in one of the grounding loungers, you may zen and hydrate as long as you like in the OmZone.
UPLEVEL YOUR OZONE
You may also enjoy balancing your chakras in the Energy Room after the OmZone. The Energy Room has a balancing bed with the Seven Chakra crystals that are cut to the frequency of your Chakras that are suspended above the bed to clear and harmonize chakras and the auric field. You can book this when you book your Ozone sauna, or you can also let me know at the time of your treatment, which ever is easiest for you. Additional experience $40
OZONE PREPARATION
Hydrate two days prior by drinking half of your body weight in ounces. EXAPMPLE weight 150 drink 75 ounces of water
Drink 4-6 ounces of water before session, This is provided for you in the treatment suite.
Make sure your face is makeup free
Wear comfortable loose clothing for ease of dressing after session , (you will not wear anything in the sauna so you will not need special clothing inside the pod).
